✨ For me, the magic starts with the intention. The intention to pick a team, the intention to get into the boat, the intention to choose a destination to explore together. There is something about giving each other the gift of time, and space to race, or adventure, or explore together.
🪄 Even people who get into the same boat without intentionally being present with the possibilities sometimes stumble into magic accidentally just by virtue of being in the same boat.
We spend a LOT of our waking moments at work, and choosing who to be while we are there, choosing to some degree who we will be with while we are there, that makes all the difference!
